Sunday 17th 

BAD PLAYERS SUMMER BBQ.  Come along and meet members of Blofield’s friendly amateur dramatics group at their annual summer BBQ on Sunday 17th June from 3pm onwards.  Members of the BAD players are all ages d have a wide range of skills and interests.  Whether you love being on stager would like to work behind the scenes then the BAD players would love to welcome you.  For full details and to book ur place at the BBQ, email thebadplayers@nulloutlook.com or visit their website www.thebadplayers.webs.com

‘Wednesday 20th

POPPIES COMMUNITY CAFE. We meet every Wednesday from 10.00am until 12.00 noon in Blofield Courthouse. There is disabled parking and a ramp for easy entry. Come and join us for good food, company and friendship. You will be offered a selection of savouries, cakes, biscuits and tea or coffee, all for a small donation which helps to pay the rent. Come along each week for a happy time and a sing song. 

Saturday 23rd

OPEN GARDENS – On the weekend of June 23rd /24th. If you would like to open your garden for all or any part of the weekend please do contact us and chat about the possibility. S. Toothill 01603 211606 or B. Pilch 01603 714519. “Pannier (basket) Market”, during the gardens trail there will be a “pannier market” at Blofield Church. Anyone may bring a basketful to offer for sale to visitors. Produce, jams, craftwork, flowers whatever you wish to sell and which will fit into a basket. Like to join in? PRIVATE VISIT to Sts Fabian & Sebastian Church at Woodbastwick and St Helen’s at RanworthSunday afternoon, private visit to Sts Fabian & Sebastian Church at Woodbastwick and St Helen’s at Ranworth, to be personally led by the incumbent, Revd Canon Nick Garrard.  Admire Woodbastwick’s redeveloped Medieval church then gasp at the glories of the rood screen, ancient and modern misericords and finally the beautifully illustrated and rare Antiphoner – psalms, prayers, responses and music from the middle ages.  £12.50 per person including tea at Hemblington afterwards.  Please contact Sue on Hemblington@nullgmail.com / (01603) 715804 for further details.
