The above mentioned Appellant has appealed to the Planning Inspectorate against the decision of Broadland District Council to refuse permission for the above development.
The Planning Inspectorate has accepted the appeal and decided to determine the matter on the basis of the written representations. The Statement will be available for inspection by 9th January 2018.

This does not, however, preclude the submission of additional comments if desired, or the withdrawal of your original comments.
