The following applications have been received by Blofield Parish Council for consideration.

 

Although we have not been asked to comment on this application officially, we have been made aware that parishioners are being invited to comment on the revised plans submitted for the Brooms Boats development near McDonalds, Yarmouth Road.

20161483 – Land at Yarmouth Road,Postwick/Brundall for Development of a retail supermarket of no more than 2500 sq. m, up to 192 dwellings, open space and vehicular access.

The amendments take the form of

  • See agents covering letter dated 25th May 2017;
  • Revised Transport Assessment & Framework Travel Plan to reflect Norfolk County Council & Highways England comments and include revised traffic count data / analysis;
  • Revised illustrative layout drawing including multi use games area – drawing no PL05 Rev 5;
  • Access proposals & offsite highways improvements drawing no 1264/HWY/041 Rev E;
  • Revised summary of Planning Benefits and
  • Addendum report on Habitat Regulations Assessment

Any comments already submitted will be taken into account, however any additional comments must be submitted to the case officer, Mr N Harris by 27th June 2017.
