Emergency Woodbastwick Road Closure



Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 – Section 14(2)

In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to repairs to a failed reinstatement the use by vehicles of the C441 Woodbastwick Road from its junction with the U59282 Hall Road for a distance of 350 metres northwards in the PARISH OF BLOFIELD will be temporarily prohibited from 3rd January 2018 to 4th January 2018 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 2 days within the period.  If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 21 days.

Alternative route is via: 

Northbound – A47, Church Road, Salhouse Road, Belt Road.

Southbound – Plumstead Road, B1140, A47.

(Blofield, South Walsham, Woodbastwick, Lingwood and Burlingham)

In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
